“I believe in massage as a means to improve our health, unburden our minds, and connect with ourselves on a deeper level. It is a time when we are allowed to let go of the stress of the world around us and focus on overcoming and processing physical and emotional traumas, to allow ourselves peace. Helping others on their personal journey is one of the reasons I believe massage therapy will benefit everyone. I feel privileged to be doing this important work.”
Born in southern Maine, Jessie lived and worked all over the US and China before moving to the midcoast be closer to family in 2016. She is a lover of dark coffee, flower gardens, and piles of fabric. She lives with her husband, their 13 year old daughter and a rescue dog named Ebby.
Angela Lemire, DC is a 2013 graduate of Palmer College of Chiropractic and is a second generation chiropractor. Her father, David Lemire, DC, practiced for 30+ years in Livermore Falls, Maine. While being raised in a household with a chiropractor, Dr. Lemire did not originally consider this as a career for herself. Instead she attended the University of Southern Maine, earning a BA in Theatre in 2003. She later felt a pull and found her way back to chiropractic, attending a different school than her father and developing her own approach to healing the body.
Dr. Lemire is passionate about everything she decides to dive into, asking endless questions and researching deeper and deeper until she feels she has a complete understanding of a topic. She is committed to ensuring that her patients always feel seen and heard and that they are an equal part of the team in identifying what is wrong and figuring out the best way to treat it. Building this trust is integral to her approach and she sees this as an ongoing process of communication that amplifies the therapeutic effect of her care.
She also has a deep understanding of how trauma can impact the body and overall health, and is committed to helping her patients identify where trauma may be present, helping them find the right support to move through it, and caring for their physical health through the healing process.
Dr. Lemire loves learning about health and nutrition. She is an avid cook and enjoys swimming, hiking, dancing, and creating collages out of retro magazines.

At the core of Dr. Hill’s philosophy is a strong belief in the healing ability of the body, and the belief that her role as a doctor is to identify the root cause of a problem and design a treatment plan that thoroughly addresses this root cause to improve overall function – not to simply mask symptoms. She believes that health is not merely the absence of disease but is, in fact, the attainment of an optimally functioning mind-body system that itself can prevent and protect the body from future illness and disease. Through this philosophy, Dr. Hill works with patients at a variety of levels (biomechanical, nutritional, neurological, hormonal, etc) to help them achieve this optimum state of function and be truly well.
Dr. Hill has advanced training in analysis and treatment of TMJ disorders, Pregnancy, Pediatrics, Cranial Adjusting, SOT, Nutrition and Functional Medicine. She is also certified to perform Webster Technique, a gentle chiropractic procedure that aligns the muscles, bones and ligaments of a woman’s pelvis, allowing her baby to get into the best possible position for birth (even when starting in a breach position.) She is trained in many soft tissue techniques and believes that their regular utilization, along with chiropractic adjusting, facilitates improved healing and a swift return to balance and stability.
Dr. Hill is a Maine native, who currently resides in Bath with her husband and two daughters.
